As an accident victim, you can decide where your vehicle should be repaired. The repair costs incurred must be borne by the person who caused the accident.
If your contract contains a workshop loyalty clause but you prefer to have your vehicle repaired in a workshop you trust, it is possible to accept the contractually stipulated penalty fees. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to subsequently adjust your insurance contract for an additional payment.
A special rule permits comprehensive and professional repair covering up to 130% of the vehicle value before the accident.
