The Product Expert is the central product and equipment specialist.
The Product Expert has to demonstrate and explain particular equipment, its function and its operation to visitors/ customers by guiding them clearly and in an inspiring way. Thereby giving the customer an orientation on the Mercedes-Benz product world.
• Explanation and demonstration of particular equipment, its function, and its operation to visitors/customers by guiding them clearly and in a convincing way that inspires enthusiasm.
• Proactive reception entering visitors/customers and assessment of their concern.
• Provision of an (initial) overview on the Mercedes-Benz products based on the visitor’s/customer’s interests and preferences.
• Usage of digital media elements for information or product consultation.
• Preparation and execution of the vehicle handover, if requested by the Salesperson.
• Conduction of product FAQ sessions which include answering customer questions, demonstrating the assistance systems and taking advantage of cross-/ up-/ on-selling opportunities.
• Perform customer test drives /clarification of all relevant test drive details.
• Keeping up to date on competitors’ product information and using this to provide a critical comparison for potential customers.
• To provide a ‘hub’ of product knowledge in the showroom environment
